Within Remkes The Poultry Family, there are three production companies, alongside the trading company Remkes Poultry. Remkes Breeder Processing primarily handles the slaughtering and processing of spent laying hens from hatching eggs and consumption eggs. Remkes Food Products specializes in the cooking/preparation and processing of chicken meat for the industry, as well as the production of ready-to-(h)eat chicken products. Remkes Coldstore represents the final link in our process, ensuring the rapid freezing and/or storage of raw materials or finished products.
REMKES HEAD OFFICE
The head office of Remkes The Poultry Family is centrally located in Epe, Gelderland. On the edge of the Veluwe, the modern head office is situated: the beating heart of our organization. From this location, various business activities are centrally coordinated. The head office is sustainably built according to BREEAM Outstanding standards, an internationally recognized certification for sustainable buildings. This emphasizes our ambition to act responsibly not only with animals and products, but also with our environment.

De moderne slachterij is gespecialiseerd in het slachten van met name uitgelegde leghennen van broedeieren en consumptie eieren. Het productiesysteem en streng gescheiden logistieke stromen zorgen ervoor dat Pluimveeslachterij G.P. Remkes voldoet aan de nieuwste standaarden op het gebied van productie en voedselveiligheid.
Remkes Food Products
At Remkes Food Products, we are the specialist in cooking and processing chicken meat into semi-finished products. These products are then further processed by our customers into soups, sauces, pizzas and salads for consumers. Thanks to our advanced production techniques, we guarantee consistent quality within a fully controlled process. Additionally, Remkes Food Products offers a comprehensive range of ready-to-(h)eat chicken products for foodservice, wholesale, and retail. With our focus on innovation, convenience, and quality, we address consumer needs.
REMKES COLDSTORE
With our modern cooling and freezing facility, Remkes Coldstore offers reliable storage solutions for our own chilled and frozen products, as well as those of third parties. This location in Epe has a capacity for 10,000 pallet spaces. Our freezer facility has received the BREEAM Outstanding sustainability design certificate. A global reference we are proud of!
REMKES POULTRY
Remkes Poultry focuses primarily on import and export to and from countries outside Europe. With its international network and knowledge of the global market, Remkes Poultry handles the distribution of products from our own production locations, as well as those of others.
